Q: Do we need to provide anything?
A: No, we will provide the utensils, flatware, and all paper products.
Q: Do we need to sign a contract?
A: No. Your email confirmation will serve as the contract.
Q: Do you require a deposit?
A: We do not require a deposit. We do expect to be paid in full at the conclusion of your event.
Q: Is a gratuity automatically added to my bill?
A: We do not automatically add gratuity to the invoice. Most people tip the guys 20%.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept: Cash, Checks, and all major Credit Cards
Q: Can each of my guest pay you?
A: No. We are not set up for individual payment. We need to settle up with one person at the conclusion of the event.
Q: What if more people show up than we have planned for?
A: With the exception of our steak events, we will bring enough food to serve an additional 20% more guests.
Q: What if not as many people show up as we have planned?
A: When determining your final headcount/order number, simply choose an amount you are comfortable with. If you end up having fewer than expected, we will gladly pack up the leftovers for you.
Q: Is there a certain amount of time you serve?
A: For groups of 150 or fewer, we serve for 1 hour. The serving time for larger groups will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
Q: Do you do anything besides hamburgers or chicken?
A: Yes, we sure do! All of our menus with pricing can be found here on our website.
Q: What is your minimum order?
A: The minimum order is $600 for Monday through Thursday and $750 for Friday through Sunday.
Q: Do you have to grill on site?
A: We do not have to grill on-site. If circumstances are such that it does not allow on-site grilling, the grilling can be done off-site and brought to your event in warming cabinets and served from chaffing dishes.
Q: How many people can you accommodate?
A: We specialize in groups from 100 to 1500 people, however we can accommodate groups up to 20,000 people with sufficient notice.
Q: Do you travel outside the Kansas City metro area?
A: Yes we do. A travel charge will be assessed based on the distance.
Q: Do you provide tents and tables?
A: We provide the tables to serve the food on, but we do not provide tents and tables for the eating area.
Q: Do you do fundraisers?
A: We have fundraising options available. Contact our office for more details.
Q: What if the weather is bad?
A: We grill year-round! (rain, sleet, or snow)
